Welcome to Sandhills Beer and Hymns

Imagine this: the hum of conversation quiets, a first strum from a guitar rings out, and voices from every corner of the room rise together in harmony. Laughter mingles with song, a pint of local craft beer catches the light, and strangers become friends over the shared joy of music. That’s Sandhills Beer and Hymns — a monthly gathering that’s as warm and welcoming as it sounds.

We meet on the second Sunday of each month at 6:00 PM at Heckler Brewing Co. (5780 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville). No tickets, no pressure, no prerequisites — just good people, good food, and good tunes. Hecklers offers a full menu, and we provide the songbooks, so you can sing your heart out (or hum along — we won’t judge).

At Sandhills Beer and Hymns, everyone belongs — singers and non-singers, drinkers and non-drinkers alike. Whether you come for the community, the music, or just the joy of doing something that fills your spirit, you’ll find a place here.

So grab a friend, pull up a chair, and let your voice join the chorus.
Because here in the Sandhills, a good hymn sings better with good company.
